Description

ENGIE Services Limited on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking to identify a suitably qualified contractor, to carry out and support the below essential property flood alleviations works located within Willingham Street, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire.

• Remove and replace the existing UPVC and Wooden doors with a new external UPVC watertight flood defence doors to British Standards(BS) 85 11 88 and PAS1188
• Repointing of brickwork
• Waterproofing external skin of building
• Replacing existing air bricks with self-closing air bricks
