Description

The London Borough of Brent intends to appoint two Enforcement Agency firms to provide various services related to the pursuit and collection of County Court Registered Debts for which a Warrant of Control has been approved. These will have arisen from Penalty Charge Notices issued for civil parking, bus lane and moving traffic contraventions.

The services to be provided include:-
a. Pursuit and receipt of payment through enforcement of Warrants of Control
b. Respond to enquiries and complaints received by letter, telephone, fax, e-mail and personal contact
c. Provide Council officers with real-time access to the Agency's computer system to view individual warrant, debtor and progress details
d. Provide performance reports on warrants, debtors, complaints, incidents and returned warrants.
