Description

Essential works to ensure the school building is weather-tight, has a reliable heating system and is safe in terms of its electrical systems and means of escape, (fire exits, fire doors, compartmentation, fire life safety systems). The Works are to planned to take place over two calendar years during term and non-term time. Contract novation to the Inspire Education Trust will take place upon practical completion of the first years Works which shall be let as Contract One and upon practical completion of the second years Works which shall be let as Contact Two. Contract award shall be for both contracts and not for any one contract.
