Description

Following receipt of notice from the current contractor, NHS Greater Huddersfield Clinical Commissioning Group is looking to appoint an interim provider to provide safe, high quality; effective GP led primary medical care for a period of up to 12 months.

Opening hours and service delivery from 8:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday, (except statutory bank and public holidays).

Interested Providers will be required to provide core primary care services which will include GP and clinical sessions in line with patient demand

The population currently served are in the following geographic areas:

• Golcar
• Salendine Nook

The average number of patients registered with the practice is around 4,100.
