DESCRIPTION:

The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (The Authority) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a contract for Modernisation of existing passenger lifts within housing properties in various locations across the borough.

This is to be provided on a programme by programme basis. This opportunity is divided into seven (7) individual lots/contracts. Interested potential contractors are advised that each contractor will only be awarded a maximum of 3 lots, should they be successful in more than 3, subject to meeting the Council's financial requirement. Further details are provided within the tender information pack via the CapitalEsourcing portal (www.capitalEsourcing.com).

The total value of all 7 lots, is anticipated to be in the region of £3.8m. The value of each individual lot varies from Lot to Lot and are specified in the tender pack of the e-tendering portal. Each individual lot has its start and end date clearly indicated in the tender pack and specification.

The Council proposes to use the Open procedure for the purposes of this procurement exercise and tenders will be evaluated on the basis of achieving the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) as specified within the ITT Pack.
