Description

Provision of electronic application management portal for Local Clinical Excellence Awards for a period of 1 year initially with option to extend for 1 further year to include support contract for ongoing maintenance.

To allow management of up to 250 applications per year, verification and then assessment, by a range of individuals. To include scoring and reporting of data within the system as required with the ability to add additional application rounds on an annual basis & retain the historical records.

Ability for applicants to receive email updates on their progress at each stage of the process and automatically anonymising applications to allow for fair assessment. Digital transfer of applications to the scoring panel members.

Realtime reporting to allow full visibility across applications, verifiers and assessors along with reporting of results and diversity monitoring information.

System to meet the relevant GDPR requirements for hosting personal data.
