Description
This service specification sets out the scope and requirements for a provider to carry out an independent ongoing and final evaluation of the BLP in Buckinghamshire. The aim of the evaluation is to provide evidence of the effectiveness and impact of the pilot BLP for Buckinghamshire with midpoint evaluation at 18 months (Jan 2023 ) and final evaluation (by Jan 2024).
The Blue Light Project (BLP) is an initiative developed by Alcohol Change UK to develop alternative approaches and care pathways for treatment resistant drinkers who place a burden on public services.
