Description

Leicester City Council (the 'Authority') in collaboration with Leicestershire county council wishes to invite quotations to procure a suitably qualified consultant to create a databank of evidence supporting drivers of investment for our key sector growth opportunities. The proposed Contract will run until 30th August 2019 and is to be awarded to a single Supplier.

It is expected that the evidence will be collated from previous research, known databases, key sales messages, external sources and regional sector stakeholders.
