This contract is for New Development at 9-11 Newgate Street, Bishop Auckland. Durham County Council (DCC) are looking to appoint a single contractor for the redevelopment of 9-11 Newgate Street Based in Bishop Auckland. The property will be let on Full Repairing and Insuring Terms for a term of 15 years.
This Project is funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government - Future High Street Fund (Section 31 of the Local Government Act 2003) to support the delivery of the scope and achievement of the strategic objectives for this project.
