Description

This ITT is to provide a professional catering service provision to Surrey Street Primary School in Luton, Bedfordshire.
The school is looking for a catering partner who genuinely cares about the food it serves and the team they emply.
The creation of vibrant, dining room experiences will underpin the success of the partnership by using fresh foods, delivering great service and morally doing the right thing for all stakeholders of the school.
Investment to the service would be considered but is not essential.

Interested caterers must have experience in providing a quality food service provision to Primary Schools. A strong local presence within the area and the ability to provide local purchasing will be very important factor.
Menus that comply to the Soil Association Bronze accreditation would be considered as a given, with the aspiration to acheive the Silver accreditation as a short term goal.
So a catering partner is sought who can tailor menus, create memorable dining room experiences whilst delivering financial and operational excellence is required.
