* Monday 13 March 2023 - deadline for return of Bids (midday).
* Monday 13 March to Friday 31 March 2023 - evaluation of Bids and recommendation for the successful Bid.
* Friday 31 March 2023 - completion of the Purchaser approval and award decision processes.
* Week of Monday 3 April 2023 - appointment of the successful Bidder (by issuing of the award letter and terms and conditions of the contract for signature and deadline for return to the Purchaser for completion).
* Week of Monday 3 April 2023 - notify successful and unsuccessful Bidders of the award decision.
