Description

Northamptonshire County Council, Children First Northamptonshire, invites quotations for the provision of Parent Champions to encourage take up of funded entitlement early years places for children with SEND under the age of 5 years old.
The successful bidder will need to recruit, train and support volunteers to engage with parents who have a child/ren with SEND aged 2 to 4 years old to access an early year's provision place. The parent champions will need to be spread across Northamptonshire with at least two in each district or borough.
