BIS Research & Evaluation Framework - Lot 1

The gig economy is an emerging and rapidly developing area. The gig economy comprises of individuals finding work via online employment platforms eg. Uber, Taskrabbit. The Government is interested in understanding the role of this new way of working, how many people are finding work in this way, what role skills and training have to play in the gig economy, and the experiences of those who have found work through the gig economy.
This mini competition invites bids to supply qualitative analysis involving interviews with individuals who have found work in the gig economy.
