Description
Solar PV Array to Livestock Centre, Exeter
The Livestock Solar PV Project will be the Council's largest solar array and forms an essential milestone in achieving energy neutrality. Expressions of interest are sought from Solar PV providers of proven experience to deliver this exciting opportunity to install a 1.5MW PV array to the roof of the Livestock Centre.
The PV array is to be installed in full collaboration with the planned re-roofing works to comprise of new metal sheets. It should be noted the new roof and PV installation must give consideration to the provision of roof lights and integrated permanent safe access for maintenance.
The project is time critical, and to ensure the required FIT tariff is secured all work must be completed and the PV commissioned by 31 December 2015.
Expressions of interest are to be sent to:
ralm@exeter.gov.uk and must be received no later than Tuesday 30 June 2015.
Pre qualification questionnaires will be issued on and up to 30 June 2015.
Completed pre qualification questionnaires must be received no later than Tuesday 14 July 2015.
