This is a Voluntary Transparency only to advise of the intent to award a contract to Icon Research Ltd as they are accredited by the engine OEM, Doctor Diesel, to deliver training for their marine engines. Only Icon Research Ltd hold the license for the technical data and related intellectual property would need to be duplicated in order for an alternative supplier to be able to produce and deliver training materials.
