This is a framework contract for joinery, plastering, brickwork, and general building fabric works, including ceilings, windows, doors, etc. Removal of furniture to facilitate works will also be required. Value of works will be up to £25k. We are looking for three or four contractors who can provide a number of in-house company resources across these disciplines, to undertake building small projects adaptation works and associated basic alteration design as required.
