Description

UKRI Innovate UK had a requirement for evaluation to asses the extent to which the International Missions Programme is making or has made an impact, taking into account its original aims. The evaluation needs to test the extent to which the programme will deliver the outcomes and impact of the delivery plan and the extent to which these are attributable to Innovate UK funding. This activity will include both process and impact evaluations. Where outcomes have not yet materialised, for example due to long lead times, the evaluation should consider whether there are interim outcomes that provide an indication of future impact.

It is expected that the evaluation will consider each aspect of the programme in detail, as well as the overall impact of the combined programme. The evaluation will run until March 2020.
