Details of the Preliminary Market consultation can be found via www.yortender.co.uk the submission deadline for this PMC is Tuesday 11th July 12 noon North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) are looking to appoint a Supplier to upgrade, manage, clean and maintain the Borough's five public conveniences following a Cabinet decision in January 2017.
There are two key project benefits of this transfer: the need to provide a high standard of service to the public; and the need to reduce the cost of maintaining the services.
The aim of NELC is to maintain the current number of facilities and locations.
NELC is looking for a Supplier to award a contract which will provide:
• Public toilets maintained and managed to a high standard providing a good service to the public in the Borough;
• A reduction in annual expenditure on public conveniences;
• Further improvement to the condition of the building fabric and cleanliness achieved at the public conveniences;
• Management information in order to improve the service;
• Improved signposting to allow easier public facility finding;
• Managed advertising service;
• Managed entry fee system.
