Description

Technical support for the systematic assessment of operator submissions for improvement conditions (ICs) on a national basis. The operator shall perform a study to determine the extent to which the operation of the current systems in place at the plant to minimise NOx emissions can be further optimised such that emissions are reduced as far as possible below [180] mg/Nm3 as a daily average, without significantly increasing emissions of other pollutants or having a significant negative effect on plant operation, reliability or bottom ash quality.
