2.1.1 This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") is issued by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council ("the Council") in connection with the competitive procurement of modern methods of construction (MMC) pilot scheme to deliver 12 bungalows on council owned sites at the following:

Lot 1 - Hounsfield Road and Hounsfield Crescent, East Herringthorpe, Rotherham
• Four bungalows, two on each plot

Lot 2 - Symonds Avenue, Rawmarsh, Rotherham
• Eight bungalows

Bidders are able to bid for 1 or both lots.
