Description

The Council requires a supplier for the provision of focus groups to support the creation of a statement of intent for a Bold Creative Birmingham.

For each focus group, providers will be required to:
o recruit participants and ensure that the setting for the focus group/s is a safe and psychologically informed environment which considers the needs of the group members.
o ensure participants complete consent forms for participation including audio recordings. Consent for photography/film is optional.
o capture and gain a greater understanding of the views of citizens about arts and culture in Birmingham to inform the Statement of Intent.
o capture specific quotes from participants in relation to specific themes, ambitions or key actions that the Council may use in future reports, including the Statement and subsequent Strategy.
o conduct conversations in person or digitally if clear justification for need to digital methods is given.
