1. Provide Project Management capabilities for the
NMC Location Project.
2. Draft an options paper for internal review (early
April).
3. Facilitate the 'Roadmap to NMC Relocation:
Planning, Benefits, Risks and Financial Analysis')
paper through a series of boards including PIAB,
DDaT CC and NPCC Finance.
