Description

Royal Borough of Greenwich is inviting bids from one or more operators or a consortium to deliver one medium to long-term, community-led, integrated health & wellbeing hub in the new Kidbrooke Village Block D pursuant to a services concession contract and a lease for a 5 + 2 +1 + 1 term.

The successful operator will develop a programme of activities intended to support the existing and new local community and help local residents and GP surgery patients access community, health and wellbeing and personal skills and proactive engagement opportunities as part of the major regeneration of the area.
