Description

St Helens Council is seeking a supplier to provide maintenance of 9 synthetic pitches over 8 different sites around St Helens including 4 School Sites:
4 visits per year per pitch: 3 monthly intervals
• The Removal of debris and leaves from surface.
• Sweeping of the surface using a rotating brush and integral mounted rigid brush.
• Decompaction of the top 5-8mm of sand or top 10-15mm of rubber infill (as necessary).
• Deep Cleaning of the infill, removal of fine contaminates and dust, filter, utilising a vibrating sieve, allowing clean particulate to redress the synthetic surface.
• Re-distribution of the clean particulate to provide even coverage.
• Repair of up to 5 linear metres of restick (as necessary)
• Dead Weed Removal to perimeter of surface.
• Maintenance Site Report - carried out on every visit by our Technician.
• Facility Survey Report - carried out annually by our trained Assessor
• Full secure online access to all maintenance reports, surveys and other documentation
