Description

BCP Council is seeking tenders from a dynamic, forward thinking and innovative suppliers to operate an Ice Cream concessions business at nominated sites for the duration of the Air Festival for the years 2020, 2021 and 2022.
BCP Council already operates a number of its own Ice Cream retailing outlets, however this is an opportunity for a supplier to rent additional areas to retail ice cream in the busiest period of the summer season.
This is a great opportunity for a supplier to trade in this peak time and be a part of one of the most prestigious seaside resorts in the UK. The successful supplier will provide high quality ice cream service at reasonable prices and be able to provide a courteous and efficient service emphasising customer satisfaction in a full-service environment.
