Description

Manchester City Council (MCC) are issuing this Invitation to Tender (ITT) to commission an appropriately qualified and experienced team to produce a Neighbourhood Development Framework to guide and coordinate future regeneration and development activity in Ardwick Green.

This commission is being procured by MCC, although the evaluation and delivery of the project will be delivered in partnership with One Manchester and a duty of care is expected to both MCC and One Manchester as partners.
