Description

Northumberland County Council seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out a Roofing Programme to various properties within the Alnwick area of Northumberland. The works include for the erection of scaffold, stripping off existing roof coverings and replacing roof coverings with new together with associated works to approximately 111 dwelling houses of various house types. The work will also include the installation of external cladding where required on the Airey type properties. The Contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis.

Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
