Description

The Scope of the Ivanhoe Roof Replacement Contract (the Contract) is the replacement of the in situ asbestos roof at the Client's Ivanhoe Industrial Estate Units 9, 10 and 11 in Ashby-de-la-Zouch (The site).

The Client intends to appoint 1 (one) Contractor as Principle Contractor to carry out the works.

The works shall be provided under the terms and conditions of the NEC4 Contract Suite, June 2017, published by Thomas Telford Limited. Tenderers must familiarise themselves with these conditions and any modifications or additions thereto and the tender documents detailed above.

Tenderers should note that any values quoted in these documents are given in good faith as a representation of past purchasing and current planning to assist you in submitting your tender. Therefore, should not be construed as an undertaking on behalf of the Client to infer, promise or guarantee the levels of work to be made available via this Contract.
