Description
The scheme comprises 30nr dwellings (19nr open market and 11nr affordable). The site is greenfield land which has been acquired by LiveWest adjacent to the current Phase 1 development which will be completed in mid-2020. LiveWest have submitted a planning application for this development. The works will be procured on a single procurement based on an amended JCT Design and Build contract (2016 edition). The works are to be delivered within a 24 month period commencing in November 2020.
