Description

Orbit are seeking to procure a service from a high quality and reputable supplier that will manage our defects within our new build properties (currently around 600 units but with a possibility of increasing to up to 2000) and will correctly diagnose defects works, whilst liaising directly with both our customers and development contractors to ensure jobs are completed in line with our agreed SLA's to ultimately significantly improve customer satisfaction in this area.
