Description

From April 2015 Barnsley Council no longer have an in-house graphic design function. The communications and marketing team is looking to outsource this function by putting in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Graphic Design.

BMBC is looking to set up a Framework Agreement with up to 10 suppliers, organisations, companies, and freelancers who will work in collaboration with the communications and marketing team to deliver high quality, innovative and value for money design.
