Description

Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council ('the Council') has a statutory duty to provide education related services including acting as an admissions authority and co-ordinator for school places; ensuring appropriate special education needs provision is available and appropriately allocated; and to ensure a Single Funding Formula for 2, 3 & 4 year old Early Education Funding, childcare sufficiency through Ofsted compliant provision, collate information and make available information on Early Years provision.

The Children's Services Education Management System Database enables the Council to undertake educational functions for which it has a statutory requirement to provide.
