Description

Approved List for the provision of Supported Accommodation and Accommodation-Based Support for Children and Young People.

ESCC would like to set up a flexible, multi-supplier Approved List, that Children's Services will call-off, either directly or through mini competition. The Service Provider will provide supported accommodation and accommodation-based support for:
- Care Leavers, Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) and young homeless aged 16/17 with high support needs;
- Care Leavers, UASC and young homeless aged 16/17 with medium support needs;
- Care leavers and UASC aged 18-21 with ongoing or enduring Multiple and Complex Needs;
- Pregnant Care Leavers and young parents aged 16-21 with medium support needs.

The Closing Date is the expected first tranche of evaluations. Applications can be submitted up to the end of the Approved List (currently 21 May 2027). The Council has discretion as to when it will evaluate and will do so at least twice per financial year and more often in the first twelve months.
