Description

Consultancy support to assist Aldwyck Housing Group establish a single Customer Services Centre (CSC).

The project will have two stages. The first stage will involve undertaking a comprehensive review of our current contact centres and, within six weeks, produce a detailed report with recommendations for the future structure for the single CSC.

The second phase of the project will outline the actions required, and timescales, to implement the agreed structure.
