Description

Bristol Charities wish to appoint an experienced service provider to provide property and facilities management across c. six residential and commercial sites/locations owned and/or managed by Bristol Charites within Bristol and Monmouthshire. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification.
It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of twelve-months, to a maximum term of four years. Any extension will be at the discretion of Bristol Charities. The estimated contract value for the provision of core property and facilities management services is £35,000 (exc VAT) per annum. The requirement for optional services will be on an ad-hoc basis subject to future requirements of Bristol Charities, please note that there is no guarantee of spend in respect of optional services. The maximum contract value to be procured via this arrangement across all requirements is £185,000 (exc VAT) throughout the contract term.
