Description

The Welcome Back Fund is providing Local Authorities across England a share of £56 million from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to support the safe return to high streets and help build back better from the pandemic.
Nottingham City Council has allocated a portion of its awarded Welcome Back Fund to stage a high quality installation and/or impactful event that aims to increase footfall in the city.
We are seeking proposals from artists and/or creatives for a large scale outdoor installation or event that will attract a family audience and be staged in one of our city centre spaces, during the February half term 2022 (12th - 20th February 2022).
