The Council is inviting tenders from suitable organisations to become our Partner to co-develop and deliver a community based Vulnerable Person Model to include (though not exhaustively) services for domestic abuse, substance use and homelessness. This will include support, and capacity building, engagement, early intervention, prevention, recovery co-ordination, family and carer support, community recovery support, peer support, clinical treatment, retention; through care; after care; relapse prevention care; relapse prevention and training
