Description

HIOWPP Framework Agreement and Call-Off Contract for the Supply of Cash Collection Services across the Hampshire Region. The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Procurement Partnership (HIOWPP) consists of representatives from the fifteen councils of Hampshire who procure a variety of goods and services collaboratively in order to achieve cost savings via economies of scale and combined leverage. New Forest District Council is the lead authority on behalf of the HIOWPP and intends to award a four year framework contract to a single provider for the provision of cash collection services. The contract scope covers collection of cash (notes / coins / cheques) through to banking to the Councils nominated banking partner. The length of the framework contract is 4 years, commencing 1 April 2018. HIOWPP authorities (referred to as 'ordering authorities') are named parties to the outcome of this tender and are therefore entitled at any time during the 4 years of the framework term to enter into a call-off contract with the successful supplier.
