Description
The Council's Compliance team has a requirement to carry out a number of fire risk assessments of properties under its control and/or ownership. For this requirement the Council is looking to appoint a suitable and sufficiently qualified bidder to carry out such assessments on building locations around Cambridgeshire.
The Council currently have 106 buildings it iss responsible for to conduct Fire risk assessments (FRAs). The Council programs the FRA over a three-year period.
The Council anticipates between 50 and 70 sites will be needing a new FRA during initial term of the contract.
The contract will run for a period of 12 months from the date of the commencement of services with an option to extend up to a period of a further 12 months.
