Description

Plymouth Community Homes has amended the lots to as follows;

Lot 1: All Payment services (Lots 2 - 4)

Lot 2: Card Payment services

Lot 3: Direct Debit collections

Lot 4: Location Payment Services

Due to this change we are extending the tender deadline. Tenders are due to be returned 12/04/2019 at 12:00

PCH's detailed requirements are defined within the Invitation to Tender document.
The intended duration of the contract is 2 years with possible extensions for an additional 6 years. PCH intends to award the contract on 09th May 2019 and reserves the right to award the contract at such date or at a later date, or not at all. The contract will be a 2 + 2 + 2 + 2. The contract commencement date will be 1st November 2019.
