Description

Braintree District Council requires a contractor to inspect the identified un-adopted roads, footpaths and car parks (as shown outlined in red in the downloadable plans) and produce a condition survey for each one which includes a photographic schedule of condition. Following agreement with the Council to tender the maintenance works identified above, produce a detailed specification, complete the tendering exercise and produce a tender report ensuring that the accepted tender demonstrates value for money.

To supervise the maintenance works undertaken. The Council would require the identified planned maintenance works to be completed by the 30th November each year.
