Considerations and requirements need to be considered:-

1.The new dining facilities would have to accommodate approximately 400 pupils within each school. The dining room would accommodate either: pupils within each school over three sittings. Or individual schools over 2 separate sittings.

3.The kitchen would have to be of a sufficient size and capacity to manage approximately 1,000 covers per day.

The location of the property, it has to be positioned so that it is readily accessible for both schools and can be adequately serviced in terms of deliveries and waste removal. As per layout drawing the position of the school sits halfway between school boundaries.

The proposed location of the building would also have minimal impact upon existing external play areas. "
