NOTE: This notice was updated on 23 September 2020 for the following reason: Extension of tender deadline to new closing date of 05/10 at 1400(Construction of 2 car parks on disused sites along Dunstable Road. The scope consists of the construction, including but
not limited to:
· Site strip and demolition of existing outhouse
· Construction of 2 car parks, car park A consisting of 85 bays, and car park B consisting of 122 bays
· M&E works including new barriers and required electrical connections
· Surface water drainage including soakaways)
