Description

NHS Derby and Derbyshire CCG seek bids from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of Living Well Derbyshire - Lived Experience Engagement.

The aim is that we grow the voice of lived experience and create a model of co-production and co-design linked to Derbyshire's Living Well programme that can be built into the fabric of the system that we work in.

Working together to explore stories and learning using the locally produced story gathering guide is an important part of our work and it is our long-term ambition to build this into all of our work and will require effort and resources to get there.

The purpose of the service is to;

Grow and support the voice of lived experience within the work, focusing on adults of working age and older adults and underrepresented voices and minority communities. This for example might include BAME communities, LGBT+ communities, people with autism, the deaf community.
Support successful delivery of the Community Mental Health Framework
Support effective co-design and co-production of Living Well for the period July 2022 to March 31st, 2024.

The provider will see themselves as a key partner in the delivery of community mental health transformation and a learning partner in helping to achieve this aim. This will involve:
Growing new ways of connecting with people and communities in a way that becomes self-sustainable.
Capturing the learning during phases (years 1 and 2) of this work that will inform how funding is used in phase 3 (year 3), in a way that gives as much power to communities as possible
Uphold the vision and values of the programme and be a key member of the governance of the programme
