Description

The Government Property Agency (GPA) is part of Cabinet Office, created to deliver corporate landlord services for the UK Government estate, thus ensuring that Government has the optimal quantity and form of assets in place to efficiently deliver its functions.
Proposals for the refurbishment of 36WH have previously been prepared by Fielden and Mawson and planning consents obtained (timeframe now expired). There are two preferred utilisation options and an additional element to incorporate an adjoining disused cinema space.
In order to progress development of a business case through Outline Business Case (OBC) stage to Full Business Case (FBC), a range of professional services are now required to: review and refresh existing documentation; provide market knowledge on costs and financing options; and regulatory and assurance advice
