Description

The BBC is seeking a high quality and cost effective outplacement solution for BBC employees. The BBC will need a blended 3 tiered delivery approach using the appropriate channels for anyone who is at risk of redundancy.
The tiers required to deliver Outplacement Services are as follows:
Tier 1 - Non Management/Team members (grades 2-7)
Tier 2 - Junior/Middle management (grades 8-11)
Tier 3 - Senior Management (SM1 & SM2)
