Description

KFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. Our scope of the works includes 15 viaducts, 6.9km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 81 bridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation.

EKFB are looking for a the following works for the ecology works

Desktop searches and data consultation.
Scoping and all forms of surveys compliant with requirements in HS2 published methodologies, which themselves take on board and interpret other published guidance.
Accurate data transcription and presentation of complete data sets for incorporation into the HS2 GIS.
Other reporting: factual, interpretive and legal (including briefing notes .ppt presentations and all aspects of licensing).
Negotiation with EKFB and HS2 Client Teams, Statutory bodies and other stakeholders regarding suitable mitigation.
Implementation of mitigation measures on site, in conjunction with the Delivery Teams.
