Description
Central Bedfordshire Council's Housing Service wishes to employ a competent, qualified person/company to review fire risk assessments and prepare new risk assessments as required.
Properties - Most properties are located within Central Bedfordshire with the majority near Dunstable, Houghton Regis and Leighton Buzzard.
A small number of properties will be located adjacent to Central Bedfordshire.
All properties as classed as low rise.
Fire Risk Assessors should be registered with and members of the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) or equivalent approved government regulatory body.
This contract is anticipated to start 1st November 2021 and is for 5 years with the option to extend by up to a further 2 years subject to service requirement and satisfactory performance.
