Description

Derbyshire County Council is responsible for providing the coroner services for the jurisdiction of Derbyshire and Derby It is therefore seeking bids for the provision of an effective toxicology service which will support HM Senior Coroner for Derbyshire and Derby.
The contract is for the collection of samples from mortuaries as instructed by the Coroners office for Derbyshire and Derby, undertaking of the required tests and production of formal reports on test result to the HM Senior Coroner. Toxicologists may be required to attend inquests to provide witness testimony if required to do so by HM Senior Coroner for Derbyshire and Derby.
