We have secured Heritage Lottery Funding for the refurbishment of the Rocket Cart House, Newbiggin-by-the-Sea with a potential project value of GBP 80,000.00.The lead consultant and other consultants (structural, M&E, QS) are in place. This procurement exercise is for the main works contractor which may generally comprise of the following aspects:Comprehensive refurbishment of empty Rocket Cart House and ancillary spaces, including:- Re-roofing (repair / renewal to damaged roof structures)- Renewing fenestration, surface water systems- Brick / stone re-pointing / repair- New / full services renewal- Redecoration
